Transforming the Inner Critic invites you to:

• Discover, based on clinical research, what type of inner critic you have and its role in everyday life.
• Explore how your inner critic seeks to serve you but is misguided in its methods.
• Be supported to understand the plasticity of your mind, allowing the process of psychic transformation.
• Use positive psychology to harness your natural character strengths.
• Develop self-compassionate intentions and strategies, learning how to maintain the quality of your endeavours without the negative impact of your inner critic.
• Make a clay bead talisman on which to focus your self-compassion, character strengths and confidence.
• Take part in the ceremonial firing of your compassionate pendant in a specially dedicated outdoor area. In addition, deepen your psychic transformation through engaging with the metaphors that arise from outdoor pit firing.
  
  

Over only five sessions, Transforming the Inner Critic Offers:

Through NLP amplification visualizations, the clay transcends being ordinary beadwork to become an empowering talisman. You will also be offered an opportunity to practice recharging your compassionate pendant with positive experiences.

After working together over the five weeks, you will take home:
